PSBA is proud to announce that it has been awarded the 2026 Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health, the nation’s top recognition for U.S. employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. The Bell Seal is issued by Mental Health America, the nation’s leading nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health and well‑being for all people living in the U.S.
“Supporting mental health in the workplace is a responsibility we take seriously. This recognition reflects the daily commitment of our employees and leaders to build a culture where people feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work for our members.” said Chrisi Griffiths, PSBA’s chief operating officer.
PSBA earned this distinction following a comprehensive evaluation of its policies and practices across four key areas: culture, benefits, compliance and whole‑health wellness programs. We remain committed to strengthening these efforts and upholding the high standards set forth by the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health.
Since 2019, Mental Health America has awarded the Bell Seal to hundreds of employers supporting the mental health of more than 5.1 million employees, backed by decades of research into best practices for workplace well‑being.
