As part of our ongoing efforts to expand the services we provide to our customers, we are excited to announce the addition of a School District Portal to the School Claims Services website (www.schoolclaimsservices.com). This initial phase of the Portal is dedicated to the information and claim reporting needs of our school district personnel, and will allow those registered to report Workers' Compensation Claims on-line and view the status of Workers' Compensation Claims.
Effective August 12, 2013, Worker's Compensation Claim reporting will be managed through the new School District Portal. As of August 12, please begin using the following link to sign in and report workers' comp claims: https://www.schoolclaimsservices.com/login.jsf
If you have not already done so, you will need to request a new User ID and Password. To request a new User ID and Password please submit an email to email@example.com and include the following information: First/Last Name, School District, email address, phone number, position at the School District and gender.
Please note, after August 12 your existing user ID and password will be disabled. If you have any questions please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
