PSBA and the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators are pleased to bring you the 2021 State of Education report. Since it's start in 2017, this annual report has served as a barometer of not only the key indicators of public school performance, such as standardized test scores and school finances, but also the timely challenges that public schools are facing and how they are coping with them.
As coronavirus has changed education worldwide this year, the 2021 State of Education report focuses solely on the impact of COVID-19 on public education in Pennsylvania. Based on the results of a survey of chief school administrators and other data, the report gives a big-picture look at the pandemic-related challenges faced by school districts, including those related to student instruction and finances.
