MAROTTA/MAIN Architects is a full-service firm providing architectural and interior design services for new construction, reuse and renovations + additions as well as master planning/feasibility studies. In 2001 we established the firm in Lancaster, PA and have since opened a second location in Chadds Ford, PA.

Our firm is deeply committed to the design of educational facilities – over 90% of our experience is devoted to education, having provided design services for over 250 educational facility projects in 20 years, ranging in size from $5,000 to $65,000,000. Our emphasis on education and participation in specialized design organizations such as A4LE, Ed Spaces, PlanCon and Tradeline, keep us current on the latest pedagogies, strategies and educational procedures.  We now have an in-house Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP) through A4LE, one of only 8 architects with this designation in Pennsylvania.

Our practice of a collaborative, interactive design process, combined with the expertise and experience of the MAROTTA/MAIN Architects’ team members have been the keys to our successfully delivering the most efficient, cost-effective solutions that delight our clients.
