Senior Executive Office Coordinator
The Senior Executive Office Coordinator supports smooth operations and communication across the Executive, Experience and Innovation teams. This role handles administrative tasks, project coordination, staff and member support to ensure association goals are met efficiently.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to leadership.
  • Schedule meetings and manage communications.
  • Arrange travel including flights, hotels and transportation.
  • Oversee PSBA vehicle scheduling and maintenance.
  • Monitor and restock snacks, coffee and supplies in the PSBA Commons, ensuring the space remains clean, organized, and well-stocked for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain and regularly update reports to keep member information accurate and complete.
  • Respond to member inquiries and assist with feedback collection.
  • Serve as virtual event host for member-facing webinars and meetings.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for the annual school leadership conference by tracking deadlines, answering inquiries, placing supply orders, correlating materials and additional on-site duties as assigned.
  • Track member engagement and outreach initiatives
  • Support annual membership renewals and follow-up.
  • Support the Chief Innovation Officer with planning and tracking goals.
  • Help develop and implement tech policies and procedures.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with innovation events like the AI Symposium.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED with business or secretarial course background and three years’ work experience and/or associate’s degree in office administration.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel. Type 50-60 w.p.m.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to attend to details of several projects concurrently, excellent proof-reading skills.
  • Ability to interact well with members and staff.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized with some independent work effort within supervisory direction.
  • Fast-paced office environment.
