Current Session (2014)


  • House Bill 2124 -- John Callahan, PSBA senior director of government affairs, presented testimony to the House Education Committee addressing the fiscal and process challenges of the School Construction Reimbursement Program (PlanCon). (March 31)

  • House Bill 1013 -- John Callahan, PSBA senior director of government affairs, presented testimony to the House Education Committee regarding HB 1013  that would eliminate the requirement for the home education program documentation required in the School Code to be submitted to the superintendent of the school district where the student resides. (March 17)

  • Improving charter schools -- testimony before the Auditor General by Lawrence Feinberg, Haverford Twp. school director (March 7)
