Webcast: Board Reorganization

PA School Code requires the school board in each district to meet annually, during the first week of December, to “effect a permanent organization.” In addition to the election of board officers, the organization meeting – commonly referred to as “reorganization” – also is the time and place at which newly elected or re-elected school directors formally take their seats on the board. Join our policy and legal experts to walk through the reorganization process and to hear tips for holding a smooth and successful school board reorganization in an election year.
