  2. Identify some of the legal complexities connected with hiring, disciplining and terminating employees
  3. Engage in informed discussions of current legal and educational issues faced by public school districts

  • April 26 — PSBA, Mechanicsburg
  • May 10 — Technical College High School, Downingtown


The presenter team at each location will feature an attorney from PSBA's Legal Services department (Stuart L. Knade, Emily J. Leader or Katherine M. Fitz-Patrick) and a school solicitor practicing in the local area.
