Leveraging PSBA’s NEW Board Self-Assessment for Collective Governance

Have you ever wondered if your school board is performing at a high level? Do you know the areas in which your board is the strongest, or needs the most growth? Centered around the Principles for Governance and Leadership, PSBA's newly updated board self-assessment (BSA) process is designed to identify where you are as a team and to highlight the tools and resources available to help you improve where needed. In this webinar, you’ll learn how the BSA process works, review a few common findings and solutions, and hear from a veteran school director about the benefits of conducting a board self-assessment annually.
