Board Presidents Panel Tackles Foundation 4: Crises, Challenges & Communication

PSBA’s newly published Essentials of Board Leadership, available on myPSBA beginning January 13, identifies the importance of board leadership in navigating challenges and crises. In this 75-minute digital workshop, experienced board leaders will discuss the importance of having board procedures, a communication strategy, and an understanding of processes as a district and community manage an emerging crisis. There will be time for attendee questions. In the last 30 minutes, attendees will be placed in breakout rooms to discuss with other board leaders how their leadership has navigated challenges and crises.
