Continuing Legal Education for Solicitors and other Attorneys: PSBA is accredited by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board as a provider of continuing legal education (CLE) programs in both in-person and distance learning formats. PSBA CLE programs offer licensed attorneys an opportunity to satisfy mandatory CLE requirements by engaging in expert-level presentations focused on emerging issues arising in Pennsylvania school law practice—the numerous areas of law involved in advising and representing public school entities. Customized Workshops: PSBA will come to you! Through a series of live workshops, you can build upon a foundation of learning. Each workshop is customized to your board’s schedule, challenges and development requests through a planning phone call with your superintendent and/or board leadership. Online Learning Courses: Dive into important board governance topics through online courses. You have access to a comprehensive online learning experience focused on the professional development needs of school directors.
