PSBA’s affiliated organizations add value to your membership. By providing specialized forums for school leaders that work closely with school directors, your staff can network and learn from colleagues within their specific school function or field. Affiliated organizations offer educational benefits beyond your standard membership and also have representation on the PSBA Governing Board through the Advisory Council.

Your interest in public education’s success continues beyond your term of service as a school director. Stay connected through the PSBA Alumni Network. As a former school director, you have years of experience and insight into the workings of public education and school boards. Legislators value your opinions as a former elected official. Take that knowledge and put it to work as a member of the PSBA Alumni Network.

Managing the many hats worn by board secretaries is challenging. Your association wants nothing more than to see you succeed by helping you carry out your legislated duties, overcome your board’s challenges and enjoy the satisfaction that comes with improving students’ chances to succeed.

Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association (PSBSA)
Membership in PSBSA is the most effective way for attorneys representing public schools to network, share ideas and expertise, and to stay abreast of current issues, case law, legislation and other developments in education and local government law impacting public schools. PSBSA members estimate that the networking, assistance and information they get through this association enables them to save their school clients significant amounts in annual legal fees. These potential savings can easily equate to several times the cost of their client entity’s annual PSBA dues.
