Facilities Coordinator
Responsible for the overall appearance of PSBA Group’s properties, to ensure an overall positive, healthy, and safe environment for our team and guests.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Performs general cleaning of PSBA and PSBA Trust entities at 400 Bent Creek Blvd., 509 North Second Street, and 1 Baden Powell Lane.
- Maintain grounds, including but not limited to mowing, planting, mulching, weeding, snow shoveling and minor weather service.
- Ensure properties are free of debris and trash.
- Set up for on-site events.
- Maintain and empty trash and recycling receptacles around both facilities.
- Ensure company vehicles are maintained and receive routine service.
- Maintains tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean, orderly, and like new condition.
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures and support an environmentally friendly workplace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and 2 or more years’ experience.
- Broad experience within the building maintenance and corporate cleaning industries helpful. Prioritize safety at all times.
- Ability to operate computer systems and other office equipment and perform calculations essential to this position.
- Strong time management skills are necessary and must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to exercise good judgement and appropriate decision-making within the scope of job duties.
- Must be able to develop effective work relationships with coworkers and business contacts.
- Valid Driver’s license required; must use privately-owned vehicle for duties when necessary.
