Upcoming grants target student mental health
Through a relationship with Grants Office LLC, PSBA is able to offer members a variety of free and affordable grant-seeking services and resources, including information about these upcoming grants. The Mental Health Service Professional Demonstration program supports innovative partnership between one or more high-need local education agencies and an eligible institution of higher education to train school-based mental health services providers. Partnerships must provide opportunities to place graduate students in school-based mental health fields into high-need schools, and grantees may also use funds to develop mental health career pathways in secondary schools. The School-Based Mental Health Services program provides competitive grants to local education agencies to increase credentialed school-based mental health services to students in need. Applications for both programs are due November 3, 2022.
