With the approach of Spring Advocacy Day on April 25, you may be thinking about how to engage legislators on certain public education issues and why it's important. Although there are best practices for engaging lawmakers and others in ongoing discussion toward a goal, each person's experience is different. We asked three school directors who are active public education advocates to share their thoughts by answering a few questions.
