The window is now open for your school board to submit proposals for consideration for PSBA’s 2022 Legislative Platform. While the process to submit items is still the same, this year the deadlines are changed to give school boards additional time as they work through the end of academic and fiscal year activities. The window to submit platform proposals to PSBA is May 21-July 23. With the platform adoption process now open, this is the time to bring this issue up for discussion at your next board meeting so that your items can be drafted, approved and submitted to PSBA by the deadline. All proposals will be presented to the PSBA Platform Committee for consideration. Items recommended by the Platform Committee will be presented to the Delegate Assembly for final determination. The Delegate Assembly will meet on Saturday, October 23. Information on voting delegates was sent to districts on Friday, May 21. Details on the meeting will be announced separately.
