CLE webinars postponed until January
The Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board recently issued the “2021 Distance Learning Policy for CLE during COVID-19 Pandemic” recognizing live online programming as live (non-capped) credit toward CLE requirements effective January 1, 2021. Pre-recorded and certain on-demand formats will remain subject to a limitation of six credit hours per CLE compliance period.
