On Wednesday, August 26, Michael Soskil – a renowned teacher, speaker and author – presented “Technology, Humanity and Student Well-being” as part of the Keynote Webinar Series II. During his presentation, Michael shared his own experiences as a teacher at Wallenpaupack Area School District to discuss the importance of using technology to help students develop academically and emotionally. Michael discussed the significance of having a global view of the world to build empathy and compassion for others. As an educator himself, he provides tools and advice as to how other educators can take a similar approach in their classroom.
