PSBA is pleased to introduce a new PSBA tool — digital evaluations powered by MetricsED! The MetricsED evaluation tool allows school boards to fulfill the critical responsibility of evaluating their superintendent while promoting a goal-aligned, reflective and evidence-based evaluation process. An effective performance evaluation helps drive school improvement and student achievement, develops a positive relationship between the board and the superintendent, demonstrates district accomplishments, and sets annual priorities.
