Conference Housing

The Hershey Lodge & Convention Center offers more than 600 guest rooms!

      The Hershey Lodge is the official headquarters hotel for the School Leadership Conference. More than 600 guest rooms are available – all with in-room hair dryers, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards.

      Guest rooms also are available at The Hotel Hershey. You will make your choice of lodging through the online hotel registration process (see below).

Check-In – 4 p.m.           Check-Out – 11 a.m.

Departure date will be verified at check-in. The Hotel Hershey charges $100 for early departure; Hershey Lodge charges $50. If cancellation is necessary, deposits will be returned only for cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Online Registration

For your ease and convenience, all hotel registrations will be completed online at a special Web address created by the Hershey Lodge and The Hotel Hershey specifically for the PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference. Simply visit the site and follow these easy instructions: 

1. To make a reservation online, go to: https://resweb.passkey.com/go/65567c26
2. Scroll down to the “Find Lodging” box and enter your preferred check-in and check-out dates in the fields.
3. Click on the “Find Lodging” button to show available options.  We have a room block at both the Hershey Lodge and The Hotel Hershey.
4. Select the “View Rooms & Rates” button for each hotel to see the available room types and make your selection.
5. Enter your personal and credit card information and continue. An e-mail address and credit card are required to make your reservation.
6. Review your reservation and then submit.
7. Upon submission of your reservation, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement of your reservation.

Reservation Deadlines

Official deadline – Sept. 8, 2008. Reservations received after Sept. 8 will be accepted on a space-available basis.
