PSBA’s Pennsylvania Inspired Leaders (PIL) Program Courses

PSBA has developed two courses for school administrators; both courses are intended for educational administrators seeking credit under Pennsylvania’s Continuing Professional Education program (Act 45). No educational prerequisites, no application fees and no transcripts or letters of recommendation are required for enrollment. Participants must attend every class session and perform assignments in order to receive Act 45 credit.

Creating a Culture of Learning is offered first, and is designed to be taken first; Creating a Professional Education Program for Education Professionals is designed to be taken after completion of at least four of the modules of Creating a Culture of Learning. Participants who take both courses will be able to fulfill all of the current Act 45 credit requirements.
