The PSBA Insurance Trust notified districts regarding the Federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002. This notification outlined districts' opportunity to select or reject Terrorism coverage as defined in the act. You can elect to purchase the Terrorism coverage or elect to have the Terrorism Exclusion reinstated to your policy. We encourage you to read and familiarize yourself with the election disclosure.
