- Back Salary claims not excluded
- Coverage for Punitive Damages, available by endorsement
- Enhanced Employment Practices Liability coverage included
- Coverage for Non-Monetary Defense Costs, available by endorsement for IEP claims
- Cross claims and counter claims between insureds are not excluded
- Failure to integrate or student discrimination claims are not excluded
- Full prior-acts coverage, available with five year loss experience
- Full limits in excess of deductible
- Definition of insured includes employees, volunteers and student teachers at no extra charge
- Limits up to $5 million
- Insured consent to settle.
