Successful candidate will be strong leader with ability to interact effectively with staff members and demonstrate sincere interest in ed. of all students. Must be skilled in motivating and evaluating staff; be a collaborative team builder and knowledgeable on ed. trends; have record of fiscal responsibility; and ability to establish culture of professional and academic excellence. Successful candidate will be strong leader, knowledgeable of ed. trends, research and innovative practices. Must be an effective communicator who collaboratively engages all IU stakeholders; experienced in IU finance, budgeting, obtaining federal and state funds, and cost-effective strategies. Proven ability to maintain positive staff and board relations, and high standard of ethics.
