PSBA's Service Associate Members are a vast network of industry experts and vendors who provide products and services to school entities.

School Design & Construction Conference 2008

May 8-9, 2008

The conference is expected to draw board members, administrators, technology directors, business managers and building and grounds personnel from Pennsylvania 's 501 school districts that are involved in or considering school design, construction or renovation. This year's program has been designed to bolster attendance and encourage increased interaction between district attendees and Service Associate Members.

There are several ways you and your company can participate in this conference:

EXHIBIT

Act quickly as only a limited number of exhibit opportunities are available! The exhibit program will take place Thursday, May 8, from 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. The exhibits kick off with lunch for all attendees in the showcase hall and conclude with a reception from 4:15-5:30 p.m. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the educational sessions with conference attendees. The exhibit fee includes two complimentary registrations to the one-and-a-half-day conference, one 8' x 10' draped booth, two chairs, one 6' draped table and a wastebasket. Additional representatives from your company can attend for the discounted price of $175. (Registration fee includes participation in all major sessions, education sessions, Thursday lunch and reception and Friday breakfast.)

During Thursday's lunch in the exhibit hall, a limited number of tables will be available to exhibitors for roundtable discussions. Exhibitors will be asked to submit topics and facilitate the conversations. The conference has been designed to allow exhibitors the opportunity to attend all major and education sessions. Additionally, Thursday evening is available for you to showcase Philadelphia to your existing clients and new acquaintances.

PSBA will provide exhibitors with personalized invitations so you can encourage your clients to attend.

SPONSOR

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available for the Thursday luncheon and reception and the Friday buffet breakfast. Sponsorship opportunities are available for exhibiting and nonexhibiting companies and include two complimentary conference registrations, acknowledgement in the official program, introduction of your company representatives at the sponsored event and signage throughout the conference. Complete the enclosed sponsorship form and return.

ADVERTISE

Promote your company's product or service in the official conference program. This is a great opportunity to showcase your capabilities. The program is a valued guide to all attendees as it serves as a resource when considering companies to partner with in the construction process. ROUNDTABLE

As a registered exhibitor you are invited to facilitate a roundtable discussion during lunch on Thursday, May 8, on a topic that supplements the education sessions being offered. The intent of the roundtables is to provide attendees with interaction with industry experts. The discussion should not be a sales presentation.

ATTEND
