MARIANNE L. NEEL
Second Vice President
Marianne has been a member of the West Jefferson Hills (Allegheny Co.) school board since 1996, serving as president and vice president at various times in her term. She currently holds the position of vice president for her board and chairs the Education/Technology and Personnel committees, and serves on the Finance and Policy committees. She has served as PSBA representative to her district since 1997. Marianne is an RN graduate of St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing and is currently enrolled in Duquesne University for global certification in Workforce Development and Career Facilitation and will graduate this March. She owns Claims Design Group, Ltd., and is a licensed pilot.
