The Pennsylvania School Boards Association is a nonprofit statewide association of public school boards, pledged to the highest ideals of local lay leadership for the public schools of the commonwealth.

President-Elect
An eight-year member of the Dallastown Area (York Co.) School Board, Botterbusch served the association as Region 9 director. He has been his district's PSBA Liaison since 2000. He serves on the board's Hearing and Strategic Planning Committees. Botterbusch also served on PSBA's annual Conference and Facilities Review committees. He is a member of the corporate board of the YMCA of York and York Co. He was vice president and a founding member of Leadership York, past president of ACCESS York - an agency serving victims of domestic violence - and a member of the Children's Growth and Development Clinic at York Hospital . Botterbusch is vice president of product development for The Pfaltzgraff Co., and he earned degrees from Gettysburg College and Johns Hopkins University.
