Jo Anne McClain
McClain is the executive assistant to the superintendent and school board secretary at Warwick SD. She received her paralegal certification from Penn State University (Uniontown and Lancaster campuses). She has been board secretary for 14 years, being appointed a nonvoting member in 1992 and is secretary of the Warwick Tax Commission. McClain served on the PSBA Board Secretaries Association Executive Committee, IU 13 Superintendents' Secretaries' group and PSBA Legislative Platform Committee.
